Its that time of year that viruses are around except this year we have the added challenge of the coronavirus. As with all viruses it is useful to think of reducing the spread from member to member. Please read the advice below and see the poster. In particular remember to :
- Stay at home if you have viral symptoms
- Wash your hands frequently
- Don’t share water bottles or cups
- Catch it, Bin it ,Kill it if you cough or sneeze
- Clean equipment before and after use e.g. Ergo handles
